Ceremonies

Ceremonies with Reception

 

Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens is a lovely outdoor setting for romantic casual ceremonies. Surrounded by a flowing creek and spectacular rainforest gardens, we are the ideal location to say, “I do”.

 

Our ceremony set up includes:

 

♦   30 White Americana chairs

♦   Red Carpet

♦   Signing table

♦   Pillars with silk flowers

 

Ceremony with Reception to follow package                 $ 950.00

Ceremony Only (limited availability)                              $ 1,450.00

 

(Pricing for maximum of 50 guests, for over 50 guests POA)

Ceremony only packages are for a duration of 2 hours, which includes your ceremony and photos in our beautiful grounds. If it is raining on your wedding day, your ceremony will take place under the Kookaburra or Gumnut Deck as an alternative wet weather option. No fake rose petals or confetti are allowed.

 

Ceremony times need to be confirmed by our event manager, so ensure exact timings are received in writing before you book celebrants and photographers. We can only give you approx. times when initially discussing your wedding.

 

The following times are suggested and should be used as a guideline when planning your wedding.

 

♦   Between 2.45pm and 5.00pm for your ceremony.

 

If you are planning a lunchtime wedding our packages are for up to 5 hours including your ceremony and your start time is approx. 9.45am.

 

Evening weddings are a 6 hour package including ceremony with a finish time at 11.00pm.

We believe every bride and groom deserves the chance to have the best wedding possible so we’ve put this all into a sweet little package of $3,000.00 all inclusive.

Small and Cosy

Small and cosy packages are tailored for those who want an intimate affair with 30 or less guests…..

What fees are involved

♥   Ceremony hire – $850.00
♥   Venue hire and cleaning fee – $1,000.00
♥   Set menu price for 30 people – $3,800.00
♥   Corkage per person – $10.00

     Total – $5,950.00

Intimate

Intimate packages are tailored for those who want an intimate affair with 40 or less guests…..

What fees are involved?

♥   Ceremony hire – $850.00

♥   Venue hire and cleaning fee – $1,000.00

♥   Set menu price for 40 people – $4,500.00

♥   Corkage per person – $10.00

     Total – $6,750.00

Classic Packages

Classic packages are tailored for 50 or more
♥   Ceremony hire – $950.00
♥   (ceremony hire with no reception $1,450.00)
♥   Venue hire and cleaning fee – $1,250.00
♥   Marquee is an additional $15.00 per person (this covers the upkeep and maintenance) – $15.00
♥   Select from one of our menu packages – prices start from $89.00 / head
♥   Corkage per person – $12.50.

Accommodation

There is no on-site accommodation at Bundaleer however we recommend the Jephson Hotel at Toowong which is approx. 10 minutes away.

 

Our preferred make-up artist and hairdresser (Carol Saintpierre Makeup) has a beautiful getting ready room across the creek for the whole bridal party.  Enjoy your own private deck, lounge room, make up room and getting ready area and watch your guests arrive at our venue while you are sipping on champagne.

 

Best of all save money on your transport as she will drive you to the venue.

 

Make up must be booked through Carol to take advantage of her area.
