We can hold 2 weddings on a Saturday. Your start time is half an hour apart so guests are not arriving at
the same time. Both reception venues are exclusive on opposite sides of the venue.

Any other day of the week is Exclusive.

Most definitely, we will guide you every step of the way.

We don’t have a getting ready room or accommodation, but we do have a room you can touch your make up or change outfits during the night.

Most definitely. We have an undercover deck area allocated to each venue.

There is ample parking for both weddings.

Yes, on the grassed area outside the reception rooms.

If it is a Saturday and no other wedding has been booked, yes. If you have the venue exclusive then absolutely! 

You have access to the venue from 11am the day of your wedding.

If there is no wedding on the day before you can come in between 10am – 2pm for your setup and rehearsal.

No, unfortunately this will need to be dropped off the day of your wedding as we have limited storage available.

No, your cake will need to be dropped off the day of your wedding.

Friday & Saturday 11pm

Yes, this needs to be run by the event manager in regards to their requirements before your wedding day.

There is no AV equipment available onsite. 

Decibel levels must not exceed 90db. 

We are unable to allow bands at the venue.

Confetti including biodegradable (fresh rose petals only), fireworks, smoke machines inside, fire
pits, candles must be enclosed, drum kits.

We welcome your pet to join in the celebrations of your ceremony and photos and then be taken home before your reception due to current health and food regulations. 

There are also wedding pet sitter services available.

We do not allow outside catering.

You can drop your drinks off up to 2 days before or the day before your wedding. We provide water and
ice and you will need to provide soft drinks for your guests.

We usually organise a drop off time during your checklist appointment.

That is fine. After your ceremony your MC will politely invite guests that are staying for the reception part of the evening to head to the canape area and thank those for coming who are not invited to the reception.

The Essence Suites at Taringa is approx. 18 minutes away. They offer a 10% discount for weddings booked at Bundaleer.

Brookfield Retreat also sleeps up to 16 people, located approx. 9 minutes away. 

No, this needs to be organised prior to your wedding day.

We will pack everything up for you for collection on the day organised with our events team. You
will need to take valuable items with you including presents, wishing well cards and AV equipment.

Your final numbers and payment is due 21 days prior to your wedding day. There are no refunds
for guests cancelling once final payment is made.
