Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens welcomes clients to engage their preferred suppliers to help create their celebration. All third-party suppliers, including musicians, DJs, entertainers, stylists, photographers, transport providers and other service providers, are engaged directly by the client.
Our supplier directory features a select group of professionals we have personally worked with and confidently recommend. Inclusion is by invitation only and based on our first-hand experience, professionalism, reliability, and the consistently positive feedback we receive from our couples. To maintain the quality and integrity of our directory, we are not accepting applications or promotional requests for new supplier listings.
As these suppliers operate independently of Bundaleer, the venue does not manage, supervise or control their services. Suppliers are responsible for maintaining their own licences, insurance and compliance requirements.

Working closely with couples and venue teams, Nick focuses on keeping the reception flowing smoothly while tailoring the music to suit each crowd — from ceremony and cocktail hour through to the final songs of the night. His style blends familiar favourites, throwbacks and modern tracks in a way that feels natural and keeps guests engaged.
Nick provides professional DJ and MC services, ceremony sound and music, and also offers enhancements such as indoor fireworks and a photobooth.
